Participants of the 2nd CIS Games are set to compete in three sports on 10 August.
Brest will host most of the events of Day 6: swimmers will compete for medals in six disciplines. Women will vie for medals in individual events at the modern pentathlon final to be held at the Belarusian State University of Physical Culture. The shooting finals will take place at the Timoshenko Shooting Center in Minsk.
Men’s volleyball competitions will be held at the Palace of Sports in Minsk (Belarus – UAE, Armenia – Uzbekistan, Russia – Tajikistan), while women’s competitions will be running at the Chizhovka Arena (Belarus – Kazakhstan, Armenia – Tajikistan). Boxing semi-finals will be hosted by Orsha. Thai boxing competitions will continue in the Summer Amphitheater of Vitebsk.
