MINSK, 11 August (BelTA) – Belarusian Alina Kordyushova became the silver medalist of the boxing tournament of the 2nd CIS Games, BelTA has learned.
In the final 60kg match the Belarusian lost to Russian Anastasia Klimova. The first award in the women’s boxing tournament for Belarus was won by Ksenia Makakhei who took silver in the 57kg.
Later, three more representatives of Team Belarus will make an attempt to win gold: Maria Pilipenko (63kg), Anna Sereda (66kg) and Daria Silchenko (81kg+).
