Aliaksei Protas’ assists help in Washington’s win against Los Angeles

MINSK, 30 November (BelTA) – Aliaksei Protas of Belarus had two assists for the Washington Capitals that beat the Los Angeles Kings 2-1 in the NHL regular season on 30 November, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian forward contributed to both the goals assisting Anthony Mantha midway through the first period and Connor McMichael late in the final stanza.

Aliaksei Protas spent 12 minutes on the ice and produced one shot on goal. After 18 matches Aliaksei Protas scored 9 (2+7) points. The Washington Capitals, which won six out of the past eight matches, go eighth in the Eastern Conference with 24 points.
