MINSK, 8 October (BelTA) – Belarusian athletes are taking part in the EUBC Elite Men Boxing Cup 2023 that has kicked off in Budva, Montenegro, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Sport and Tourism Ministry.
The tournament will feature 13 weight events, with Belarusians competing in seven of them. Belarus has fielded Ilya Varabyou (57kg), Uladzislau Smiahlikau (92kg), Dzianis Salotskikh (54kg), Artur Tuniyeu (60kg), Dzmitry Dziashkevich (63.5kg), Aliaksandr Radzionau (71kg), Aliaksei Alfiorau (86kg).
Semifinals are scheduled for 13 October, with finals to take place on 14 October. Over 150 athletes from 30 countries are expected to compete in the event.
